Made-To-Order Policy

At Vendify, we allow customers to order select vending machines that are made-to-order. Ordering a made-to-order machine means that we start production of your machine once you place your order.

How Made-To-Orders Work

Initial Payment:
You pay 25% upfront to reserve your machine at the time of ordering.

Balance Due:
The remaining 75% is due 45 days after your order date. You’ll receive an email reminder when the payment is due.

Production & Shipping Timeline:
Made-to-order machines are custom-built and typically ship within 75–85 days, including manufacturing and freight transit.


Order Cancellation & Refunds

5-Day Full Refund Window:
You may cancel your made-to-order purchase within 5 days of placing it for a full refund of your 25% deposit.

After 5 Days:
If you cancel after 5 days, your 25% deposit becomes non-refundable, as production and materials may have already been allocated to your order.

Non-Payment:
If the 75% balance is not paid within 20 days after the 45-day due date (i.e., by day 65), your order will be automatically canceled and the 25% deposit will not be refunded.


Modifying Your Order

If you need to change your shipping address or update any order details, contact us as soon as possible at contact@vendifyusa.com. Changes may not be guaranteed once production has begun.


Final Notes

All made-to-order machines are custom-built and not eligible for return once shipped.

We do our best to meet all estimated timelines, but shipping and production delays may occur. You will be notified of any changes.
