Refund policy
At Vendify, we build every machine to order with care and precision. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns once an order is processed.
Returns
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements:

The item must be unused and in like-new condition.

All original parts, manuals, and packaging must be included.
Fees & Shipping:

A 5% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns, unless the item is defective then there will be no restocking fee.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

After 7 days, orders cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstance, as production and logistics are already underway.
Pre-Orders/Made-To-Order
For pre-orders:

You still have 7 days from the order date to cancel and receive a full refund of your 25% deposit.

After 7 days, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

If the remaining 75% is not paid within 65 days of ordering(that's the typical manufacturing+delivery timeframe), your order will be canceled and the deposit forfeited.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your machine arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue by arranging for a repair or replacement at no cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery.

Our team will issue a return authorization and provide instructions.

Securely package the item with all original materials and ship it back using a trackable method.
