At Vendify, we’re committed to delivering your vending machines quickly and safely, with FREE shipping on all orders—no hidden fees, ever.

Shipping Methods & Timelines

We use trusted freight carriers to ship all machines, ensuring secure packaging and full insurance on our end.

• In-Stock Machines
  Ships within 7–21 days from the order date.

• Made-To-Order / Out-of-Stock Machines
  Custom-built and delivered within 75–85 days, including manufacturing and freight transit.

  Pre-Order Payment Plan:
  Pay only 25% upfront to reserve your machine. The remaining 75% is due 45 days after your order date.
  ⚠️ If the remaining balance is not paid within 20 days after the 45-day window (by day 65), the order will be canceled and the 25% deposit will be non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Customers may cancel their order within 5 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
After the 5-day window, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund, especially if production has already begun.
